The stage play “The Bells” was originally written for the Community Church of God In Christ 2011 Easter program. It was given its’ name by Andre Creater, one of the young people involved at that time. This play was written and directed by Joy Steele Harris and scored by Allen "A.J." Cotton Jr. and Jarrett Harris. The stage was set in Community’s pulpit. Later that year in December, "The Bells" was revamped and more characters were added to accommodate all those who wanted to participate. The cast and all those involved were very excited about the project and the audience received it well. This was a great encouragement and was motivation for the launching of “Joy to the World” and it’s upcoming production "Uncle Robert."
